Growing Seeds is a 5 star award winning Learning Center established by Latisha L. Robinson.  Latisha has 15 years of experience in the early child education industry and has maintained an excellent professional reputation with impeccable credentials exceeding all standards within the industry.

Growing Seeds was a vision that Latisha had to create and provide a service that not only benefited her family, but the community in which she served. This journey began during her tenure at Dayton Public Schools within the Transportation Department as a school bus driver. As a bus driver, Latisha was able to engage with youth, parents, and the community for a number of years.  During Latisha’s time at Dayton Public Schools, the need for child care was quite apparent.  Prior to driving a bus, she was a limited child care provider caring for three children in her home. Little did she know that this job would propel her into the world of providing child care as a service and branching into early education. As she started to get requests to watch children on a more frequent basis she realized that she enjoyed the opportunity that had presented itself and wanted to pursue it as a new career. The timing could not be more perfect. 

 

Growing Seeds Learning Center went from a modest beginning with only 3 children to now servicing over 60 children in the Dayton area community.
