The focus of the infant program is to foster the development of basic trust and to assist their emerging personality by supporting the developing sense of self as a unique and separate individual.  Due to infant’s rapid growth mentally, emotionally, and physically it is important to facilitate a learning and development program that will help meet their needs. 

 

At Growing Seeds we ensure that we maintain the appropriate ratios to accommodate the needs of each infant and follow a set of standards developed by the State of Ohio that provides critical transitional phases that prepare infants for the next stage in their developmental process.

 

In the infant room, each one is growing and learning at their own pace.  We ensure to give them the time and space in which to do just that!  We have ample tools to stimulate and resources for them to engage, learn, develop and grow!

Once an infant is ready to transition, we develop a transitional program to ease them into the next phase of their growth and educational journey to Pumpkin Seeds, the Toddler Program.
